Thank you for shopping with Alpha Vitalis Labs. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products through our website.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the shipping method and destination selected.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $250 or more.
If an order does not qualify for free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Shipping Methods
We use available domestic shipping carriers and services appropriate for the order and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.
Delivery times provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Delivery Times
After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, and other factors outside of Alpha Vitalis Labs’ control.
Carrier delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Transportation delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Carrier operational issues
- Other circumstances outside our control
Alpha Vitalis Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.
5. Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after the shipping label has been created.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location specified by the carrier.
If you are still unable to locate the package, contact the shipping carrier directly and contact us so we can assist where possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.
If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact Alpha Vitalis Labs as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Alpha Vitalis Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided with the order.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and its contents.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
8. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to Alpha Vitalis Labs by the carrier because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issues.
If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges associated with reshipping the order.
Any refund for an undeliverable package will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Alpha Vitalis Labs currently ships to eligible destinations available during checkout.
Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions. If an order cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the destination provided, Alpha Vitalis Labs reserves the right to cancel and refund the affected order.
10. Research-Use-Only Products
Products sold by Alpha Vitalis Labs that are designated Research Use Only (RUO) are intended solely for legitimate laboratory and research purposes.
Shipping a product does not constitute approval, authorization, or recommendation for human or veterinary use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, handling, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective when published.
