At Alpha Vitalis Labs LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality research products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of the products we sell, our return and refund policy is designed to protect product integrity while ensuring fair treatment of our customers.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Research Products
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Alpha Vitalis Labs LLC are intended for Research Use Only (RUO) and are sold for laboratory research purposes.
Because these products require strict handling and quality control, returns are limited as described below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The product was received damaged during shipping.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
- The product arrived with a verified manufacturing defect.
- The product was received unopened, unused, and in its original condition, and the return has been approved by our Customer Support team.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with damaged or broken seals
- Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
- Gift cards, if offered
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim promptly, please include:

- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- Any other relevant information requested by our support team
Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
5. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
7. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is returned to us because:
- An incorrect shipping address was provided,
- Delivery was refused, or
- The package was unclaimed,
we may deduct applicable shipping, handling, and return shipping costs from any refund or require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipping the order.
8. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue may delay future orders and may result in the suspension of your customer account where permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Vitalis Labs LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from improper handling, storage, misuse, unauthorized use, delays caused by shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
